This year's training schedules have been specially prepared for the 2012 Bath Half Marathon by Liz and Martin Yelling, of Yelling Performance

These 10-Week programmes are specifically designed for runners preparing for the Bath Half with a range of abilities

BEGINNERS SCHEDULE - for runners currently capable of jogging for 20 to 30 minutes without stopping

IMPROVERS SCHEDULE - for regular runners planning on running four times per week

ADVANCED SCHEDULE- for regular runners planning on running five to six times per week
