Successful entrants will receive 2 automated emails shortly after your transaction, one from Bath Half Marathon confirming your entry, and another from Netbanx Ltd our payment services provider confirming your payment. The email from Bath Half Marathon will include a link to your E-Ticket. Both emails will include a unique reference number for your transaction
These confirmation emails will be sent to the email address, or addresses you entered when you registered with us for your entry, and with Netbanx when you made your payment. In the case of multiple entries, or entries made on your behalf by other parties, payment confirmation from Netbanx will only be sent to the cardholder. Please check your SPAM folder if these emails are not received
